Dylan Borland

Dylan Borland is a U.S. Air Force veteran who from 2010 to 2013 served as a geospatial intelligence specialist, that is, an imagery analyst, holding high-level security clearances. After leaving the service he continued to work in the intelligence field as an analyst for private defense contractors.

He became known to the international public by testifying under oath on September 9, 2025 before the House Oversight Committee's Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, at the same hearing titled “Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection” at which Jeffrey Nuccetelli also testified.

In his testimony Borland recounted that in the summer of 2012, at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia, he witnessed the appearance of an equilateral triangle-shaped object about 100 feet long, completely silent and with no air displacement, over whose surface something like a golden plasma seemed to flow. During the sighting his phone overheated until it shut down, while he felt a sensation of static electricity and the smell of the air after a thunderstorm.

Borland stated that, after providing information to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (ICIG) and to AARO, he suffered reprisals from government agencies and that his career was deliberately obstructed, to the point that he has been prevented from returning to work in the Intelligence Community. In his testimony he said that he and many other whistleblowers today have no job prospects and no foreseeable professional future.

In September 2026, interviewed on Sean Hannity's podcast, he stated that he knows for a fact that the U.S. government is in possession of recovered craft, and called on President Trump to lift the nondisclosure agreements that prevent witnesses from speaking openly about it.

Jeffrey Nuccetelli

Jeffrey Nuccetelli is a career public servant, U.S. Air Force veteran, and advocate for truth and transparency surrounding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

With over two decades of service, Jeffrey’s career spans high-stakes national security operations, federal law enforcement, and international program management.

During his sixteen years of active-duty service in the Air Force, Jeffrey served as a military police officer specializing in base security and protection of strategic assets, including facilities critical to the National Missile Defense Project.

From 2003 to 2005, while stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base, he directly witnessed and investigated a series of extraordinary UAP incursions over sites classified at the same protection level as nuclear weapons. These events, involving multiple military and contractor witnesses, were formally reported but never fully addressed, sparking his lifelong commitment to accountability and disclosure.

Jeff Nuccetelli became known to the international public appearing before the House Oversight Committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets on Sept. 9, 2025 for a hearing titled “Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection.”

The most important testimony Nuccetelli provided to the Oversight Committee's hearing was his account of a mysterious UFO sighting that took place in 2003. The incident occurred over Vandenberg Air Force Base - now Vandenberg Space Force Base - in California, where a massive red, glowing square-shaped object was observed by many qualified witnesses, amongst which was a group of Boeing contractors, floating silently in the sky. It was described as being of the size of a football field.

Following his military career, Jeffrey continued his service as a federal civilian, holding leadership roles at agencies including the Peace Corps and the U.S. Marshals Service. His work has encompassed operational oversight, budget management, human resources, and strategic planning for high-profile federal programs both domestically and abroad.

In 2023, Jeffrey became directly involved in the national UAP disclosure effort. His public testimony before Congress regarding the Vandenberg incidents positioned him among a growing number of federal employees coming forward with firsthand accounts of unexplained aerial events affecting U.S. national security.

Jeffrey remains committed to bridging the gap between government institutions and the public, ensuring that the American people are informed and empowered with the truth they deserve.

Matthew Brown

Matthew Brown became known to the international public thanks to episode #74 of Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp's podcast 'Weaponized' in April of 2025. Brown was for many years an Intelligence officer at the DIA. He became interested in the UAP subject quite unexpectedly, that is, reading in 2018 a report on the Immaculate Constellation SAP project that was likely misplaced in a folder he was reviewing for cleaning.

He pointed out his concern that the UAP phenomenon is not just about technology, it's about who we are. He confirmed the existence of recovery and reverse engineering projects carried on by elements of the U.S. government along with private contractors and pointed to a third player, in the form of an international non-state actor, or 'internationalist forces', that is, entities - or combination thereof - which as such are not loyal to any nation.

Brown is the author of the report on the Immaculate Constellation SAP program that was illustrated by Michael Shellenberger on November 13, 2024 as part of his testimony in the course of the public hearing organized by the Subcommittee On Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Government Innovation, and the Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs of the House Oversight and Accountability Committees.

Jake Barber

Jacob 'Jake' Barber became known to the international public thanks to an interview with the Australian investigative journalist Ross Coulthart on January 16, 2025.

Barber is a military elite veteran who, during his time as a contracted helicopter pilot, retrieved various downed craft, some of which he believes are of nonhuman origin.

In the interview with Ross Coulthart, he described the almost mystical experience he had during a helicopter transfer flight of one of the exotic objects he was tasked to carry, a white egg-shaped vehicle.

His testimony introduced a new element in the complexity of the UAP phenomenon: the role and importance of the human consciousness in this largely unknown phenomenon. He introduced for this the term 'psionic asset', a term referring to an individual believed to possess heightened mental or psychic abilities, such as telepathy or remote influence who is capable of somehow summoning UAPs and communicating with them.

David Grusch

David Charles Grusch became known to the international public thanks to an article published by the online media The Debrief on June 5th, 2023 entitled "Intelligence Officials Say U.S. Has Retrieved Craft of Non-Human origin".

In the article, written by Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal, he explains that he 'blew the whistle' to denounce the existence of long time, articulated projects within sectors of the Intelligence/military apparata and private contractors to recover and study UFO/UAP vehicles that were either found, captured or shot down. The core of the situation reported by Grusch is that such programs are being intentionally kept hidden from the U.S. constitutional bodies that should have oversight power over them, and that has been going on for more than 70 years.

Grusch was the first whistleblower to give a rough estimate of the number of exotic vehicles held by sectors of the U.S. government "in the double digit range" and who mentioned that, along with physical items (debris/intact or partially intact machines), also some "biologics" were recovered.

Grusch gave an important testimony under oath on July 26, 2023 in the course of a public hearing entitled "Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Implications on National Security, Public Safety, and Government Transparency", organized by the Oversight and Government Reform Committee of the U.S. House.

Luis Elizondo

Luis Daniel Elizondo became known to the international public thanks to a New York Times' article of December 16th 2017 entitled "Glowing Auras and Dark Money. The secret Pentagon's UFO program" written by Leslie Kean, Ralph Blumenthal and Helene Cooper.

The article revealed that he was the last director of a previously unknown UFO/UAP research program named Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) which was set up in the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) at the initiative of Senators Reid, Inouye and Stevens, for a military study effort of those mysterious advanced vehicles that were often seen by - and left baffled - so many military aviators/personnel.

At the time of the article which made him known internationally, he had recently resigned from his post in the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in protest against the closemindedness of his superiors who never allowed him to have the results of his work reach the Secretary of Defense.

Elizondo recently wrote a book titled “Imminent” where he recounts his service in the Intelligence, the events that led him to become a whistleblower and what happened thereafter.
